Refund Policy

Simply use 123cashSurveys and if for some reason it does not provide you with ANY benefits then we will refund price of the product minus processing costs ($10 per order).
We can only accept refund request through support@123cashsurveys.com, and you must include your username. Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:

• Used the 123cashSurveys program correctly for a minimum of 21 days. (You will then have a further 35 days to claim a refund)
• You must sign up to the Top Recommended Sites for your residential country
  
• Contacted Customer Support via support@123cashsurveys.com or live support in the support centre for help and advice
  
• Follow the advice given
  
• You are asking for a refund within 8 weeks.

If in the unlikely event that this is the case we require the following:

• Your full name, address and order ID number.
  
• Email requesting a refund

If your refund request does not meet all the requirements you will not be refunded
